Cost is for a minimum of 6 people; accommodation sharing; 50% deposit on booking; remainder paid 5 days before the flight. If the balloon is unable to take off due to bad weather we will arrange another time for your group to fly.

Rates for accommodation for guests in a group who are not flying are available on request.

Pricing

• 20 people and over – R2290 per person
• 10 to 19 people – R2450 per person
• 5 to 9 people – R2650 per person
• 3 or 4 people – R2790 per person
• 1 or 2 People – R5950 minimum flight charge

Payments can be made in two installments = 50% for booking; 50% five working days before your flight.

The costs include pre-flight refreshments, in flight soft drinks and sparkling wine and orange juice on landing. If breakfast is requested there is an up-charge fee of R100 per person. Big Sky Ballooning can arrange a shuttle service for guests from Johannesburg, Pretoria and OR Tambo airport on request.

Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is payable on booking the flight.
• The remaining fee must be paid 5 working days before the flight (invoice to be issued).
• If the client cancels the flight less than 7 days before the flight, Big Sky Balloons will refund your money but retain 10% of the total fee as a cancellation fee.
• If Big Sky Ballooning cannot fly in the event of poor weather conditions the flight will be postponed to another suitable date.
